Chen Jinqin was born in LeiZhou, GuangDong province.He is now a  signed artist for GuangDong Fine Art institute, member  of Chinese Artists Association.

1998 till present: teaches at Guang Zhou Academy of Fine Arts; part-time teacher for South China Normal University, South China University of Technology and Nanfang University, contracted artist for GuangDong Fine Art Institute.
